Our logistics partners

Our parcel and merchandise mail shipments are sent with DHL/UPS. You can track the shipment status at any time via the transmitted shipment numbers and thus always have an overview of your order.

Should there be an unexpected delay in the shipment of your order, you will be informed immediately by our customer service.

Packstation

We are happy to deliver your package to your Packstation. You will find the option to enter your Packstation data at the end of the order process.

Delivery and shipping costs in Germany and EU

The costs for delivery and shipping are

Deliveries within Germany: 3,75€
Deliveries within the EU:     7,20€

Up to an order value of 19,99€ (Germany), respectively 24,99 (EU) the shipping costs have to be paid by the customer.

From an order value of min. 20,00€ KE ships free of charge within Germany.

From an order value of min. 25,00€ KE ships free of charge within the EU.

Delivery and shipping costs to NON-EU countries

The costs for delivery and shipping are:

Deliveries NON-EU countries: 14,50€.

Up to an order value of min. 44,99€ (NON-EU) the shipping costs have to be paid by the customer.

From an order value of min. 45,00€ KE ships free of charge to NON-EU countries.
