Can I order from penac-brand.shop from Switzerland too?

Of course we offer you, as a valued customer in Switzerland, our products as well, as long as there are no trade restrictions. For Switzerland, we are currently not aware of any restrictions on the import of our products. Please inform yourself about this at your customs office.

How much are the shipping costs to Switzerland and how is the shipping done?

The costs for delivery and shipping to Switzerland are 14,50€ per order. The shipping is done by UPS/DHL. Please also note our general terms and conditions.

From an order value of at least 45,00€ the delivery to Switzerland is free of charge.

Our logistic partners

Our parcel and merchandise mail shipments are sent with DHL/UPS. You can track the shipment status at any time via the transmitted shipment numbers and thus always have an overview of your order.

Should there be an unexpected delay in the shipment of your order, you will be informed immediately by our customer service.

Is the German value added tax charged?

For all orders with billing and shipping address in Switzerland, we do not charge you German VAT.
However, the shipping costs are significantly higher than for shipping within Germany or Austria.
You only pay the applicable Swiss VAT/import sales tax, upon receipt of your goods.
